Here I am on Day 4 of social distancing; wow never thought that was something I would ever say. These sure are extraordinary times. To fill my days, I am lucky to have a ton of work to do on my Chapel, never thought I would be happy to say that! It does take longer by myself but i’m thankful my brother lives just two doors down and will help out; drywall is heavy!

My other brother is working from home and my parents are in self-isolation because my Dad just returned from a trip overseas. Thankfully he is just a phone call away. I think I called him half a dozen times yesterday because I needed to cut the holes for the heat vents in the master bedroom. It was getting chilly in there but I was so worried I would mess up the new floor. FYI no problem, and I now have heat in my bedroom!

My upcoming curling season is up in the air but “Health is Wealth” (love that saying) so i’m not going to worry about that right now. I’m going to land on my feet; I have tremendous faith in that. For now i’m going to focus on the Chapel, my happy place, and let the scary world rage outside. Stay safe everyone! (Also never thought I would end a post like that)
